Using the service

You may use Tandem only in compliance with applicable law and only for workflows, systems, files, and accounts that you own or are authorized to access. You are responsible for the instructions you give Tandem and for reviewing results before relying on them.

Automation and remote actions

Tandem is designed to help plan and execute work, and some features may act on your behalf. You are responsible for confirming sensitive actions, maintaining appropriate oversight, and deciding whether a suggested or automated step is suitable for your situation.

Prohibited conduct

• Do not use Tandem for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to people, systems, or data.
• Do not interfere with the service, reverse engineer it unlawfully, or bypass safeguards.
• Do not submit content that infringes rights or that you are not allowed to use.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content and instructions you submit to Tandem. You give us permission to host, process, transmit, and use that content as needed to operate the service, provide support, improve safety, and develop the product.

Availability and changes

Tandem is evolving and may change over time. We may add, remove, pause, or update features at any time, and we may suspend or terminate access if we believe use of the service creates risk, violates these terms, or harms Tandem or others.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every workflow.

Liability limits

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tandem will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.
